Summary

On December 16th, around 20:30 CET, a cyberattack happened in the chain between our domain registration partner and the registrar, which is still under investigation. The attacker was able to take control of the DNS records. Our investigation did not find any indication of a PII leak or unauthorized access to customer data.

We regained access to the luigisbox.com domain and, together with our registrar, continue the investigation. Luigi’s Box services remain fully available on both luigisbox.com and luigisbox.tech domains, but until we conclude the full investigation of the incident, we advise you to use the .tech domain for API communication, scripts, and administration panel access.
